Vacation Rental Description

Nestled in Beautiful Boston Harbor (8 miles North of Olympia) on 
Puget Sound is our adorable "Cottage by the Sea".  Charming, warm, 
and cozy,  tastefully decorated in a nautical theme.   Beautiful 
views of Puget Sound from nearly every window!  Nice Sandy Beach 
only 100 feet out the door with wooden walkway to the Beach!  Very 
quiet and peaceful,  great for writers, artists,  students, 
Lovers!   Wildlife abounds – Seals, Deer, Fox, Eagles,  clam digging 
available on beach,  Dungeness crab available while in season.   
Beautiful spot for kayakers and bicyclers!   Paddleboat available to 
use.   Walking distance to great little marina with fresh seafood 
and shellfish, and a great little gift shop.   They also rent 
kayaks!   Moorage available.  Short or long term stays are welcome.  
Price negotiable on long term stays.  3 bedroom, full kitchen, bath, 
family room, deck, BBQ, Flat Panel HDTV,  Wireless Internet!   You 
will not be disappointed!  No pets,  non-smoking please!

Completely furnished with everything you need.  Two queen beds in 
large master bedroom, Full bed in 2nd bedroom,  Single twin bed in 
3rd bedroom (decorated for child with toys and games available),  
family room with pool table,  two decks,  BBQ, Washer and dryer, 
dishwasher,  microwave, coffee grinder, coffee maker, Flat Panel 
HDTV.  TV in master bedroom, TV in family room.  Digital Cable. 
Wireless Internet!

Activities and Attractions

Boston Harbor is a great area for walking, biking, kayaking, beach 
combing.  In the summer there is boating, jet skiing, fishing, 
crabbing,  etc.   There is a great fire pit on the beach for evening 
campfires!   The nearby Marina is a great local gathering spot with 
fresh seafood and shellfish for sale.  It also has boat and kayak 
rentals and a darling little gift shop.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season - Winter Nov 1, 2007 to Apr 30, 2008:  $125 per night (2 
night minimum) $150 per night for Weekends.   $800 per week.  $2500 
per month.  Visa/Master card accepted.
Peak Season - Summer May 1, 2008 to Sep 30, 2008:  $150 per night (2 
night minimum) $175 per night for Weekends.   $1000 per week.  $3000 
per month.  Visa/Master card accepted.
Cleaning fee: $75.00
Notes:  Deposit and contract required. Weekend is 2 nights (Fri & 
Sat).
