and a screen gazebo that lights up at night that is oh so nice and
peaceful. The home is located off
the busy streets of Ocean Lakes and is on a very nice and quite road.
With pleanty of parking,the
home has 3 Bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, large living room and full
kitchen, washer/dryer. Alot of
updates have been made to the home including a remodeled master bath
and updates in the kitchen.

Ocean Lakes if full of family fun and activities including the ocean
front observation deck, ocean-
side basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, horseshoe, four

olympic outdoorolympic size pool with three kiddie pools and splash
zone, arcade center and even a
mini 18 hole miniture golf course, fresh water lakes for fishing,
visit the Nature Center and
Discovery Lab, golf carts and bike rentals. You never find yoursef
having to leave outside the
campground for food or other forgotten items when you can go to the
Sandy Mart Camptown Store or
visit one of the three snake bars for prepared food and ice cream and
if you want pizza, just have
it deliverd from Sandy's Pizza! Also available at Sandy's Camptown,
free Wi-Fi. If you really want
to rid of the troubles of laundry, just drop it off at Sandy's Fluff
N Fold ..Now ladies.. thats a
vacation!

-Responsible party must be 25 years of age or older
-Rates are based on parties of 6 including children
-$150.00 additional charge per week required for parties greater than
6 people.
-All reservations deposits must be received within 2 days of request.
Deposit is 1/2 of weekly rental rate.
-Written notification must be given 30 days prior to reservation for
cancellation in order for deposits to be return otherwise the deposit
will not be refunded
-Reservations must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to rental.
-All daily and monthly rentals will be at owners discretion
-Sorry � No Pets Allowed - No smoking inside home
-No refunds for early departure unless a mandatory evacuation occurs;NO EXCEPTIONS
-Car passes $3.00 per day, per car (must have written note by owner
to get car pass)
-Reminder that no leins are provided!! (3 queen beds, including sofa,
1 full bed 1 twin sheets
needed along with lein towels)

Departure time: 11:00 p.m.
