1/3 of rents due at booking. Balance of rent due 3 weeks prior to
check in Rents non-refundable if cancellation not made 30 days prior
to checkin or cannot be rebooked. Cancellation fee is $25.00 if
refundable. Cleaning fee $65  Coin laundry across hall No Smoking and No Pets.
Special Event rates will be higher than posted rates.
