Bucerias Villa Amor is a 1430sf home fully furnished, painted and
decorated with all the amenities you need, just like home
complete with A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms. (free A/C)
Three bedroom, 2-1/2 baths, living room, dinning nook, and kitchen
with all you need to prepare great meals. Also for your personal
use, we have a private yard with tropical trees ( you have our permission to
eat the bananas if riped) and a Gas BBQ Grill to grill your freshly
caught fish plus patio furniture to enjoy your morning coffee.
Off street parking is available for two cars.
Only two blocks to the beach with access to the beach from any
street. Where you can find many activities or enjoy your stay in the
beautiful grounds of Terralta Los Amores, here you will find
green areas two Palapa Club Houses, Two Swimming Pools and awesome
views of the Pacific Ocean and lush green mountains all in the
tropics of Bay of Banderas, Riviera Nayarit.

Bucerias is a cobble stone village located only 30 minute drive North
of Puerto Vallarta, 20 minutes from the Airport and if you like
surfing, Sayulita is the place to go, only 15 minute drive North, we
even provide you with 4 BOOGIE BOARDS.

and complete dishware for 8 people.
Living Room comes with Stereo System, DVD/VHS, and 42" plasma TV.

50% down to guarantee a reservation and 50% on arrival we accept
major credit cards through PayPal, we pay the credit card fee
most charge 3% for this service.

$150.00 security deposit, payed cash on arrival and refundable on same day of check out after inventory is taken and nothing is missing or broken.

Please note that most properties charge up to $500.00 security deposit and must be payed 30 days in advance and is refunded two weeks after departure.
