B--101 Wavecrest in Ualapue

This is a newly renovated condo located in a beautifully landscaped
120 unit garden apartment condominium complex on the channel between
Molokai and Lanai, with a view of Lanai and Maui on one side and
Kamakou, Molokai's highest mountain on the other. It is thirteen miles
east of Kaunakakai, Molokai's main town, on the lush, tropical east
side of the island. Our condo sleeps four, with a queen size bed and
queen size sleep sofa. The apartment has a tiled walk-out lanai and a
fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and disposer.
There is also a washer/dryer, cable television, wi-fi, a vcr/dvd
player, and a telephone (local service).

Wavecrest condominium has over five acres of landscaped grounds, a
large pool, clubhouse, barbecue gas grills, a library, tennis courts,
and a shuffleboard court. There's a grocery and sandwich shop 2.5
miles east and a swimming and snorkeling beach 7 miles east.

Molokai is the most Hawaiian island with beautiful scenery and no
crowds. Prices are noticeably lower than on the other Hawaiian
islands. Activities include ocean and pool swimming, kayaking, scuba
diving, snorkeling, hiking, golf, boat tours, fishing, boat tours, and
muleback and air tours of the former leper colony made famous by
Father Damien. There is also ferry service to Maui and air service to
Maui and Oahu. Also enjoy excellent meals and authentic Hawaiian
music. Molokai has several nature preserves, the world's highest sea
cliffs, and Hawaii's only coral reef.

Value rates are $95 USD daily, $600 weekly, and $1,800 monthly.
Premium season rates (November 15-April 15) are $110 USD daily, $650
weekly, and $2,000 monthly. Hawaii occupancy tax is 11.42%. Cleaning
fee is $65 but is waived for occupancies lasting longer than one week.
Deposit amount is half of the rental amount up to a maximum of one
half month's rent. Cancellation fee is $25. Cancellation policy -
Premium season, 30 days notice required. Otherwise, 7 days notice
required. If notice is not received within required deadlines, deposit
will be forfeited.
