Vacation Rental Description

Apartment of 50 sqm. at the first floor in a red painted house 
reproduced also in some paintings of Canaletto and Bellotto (see 
Canaletto painting’s picture  “SS.Giovanni and Paolo square” – 
Dresda Staatliche Kunstammlungen Kemaldegalerie).


The original structure dates back to the 16th century and has been 
entirely restored.

Floor is in “seminato alla veneziana” (paste of marble powder 
studded with marble pieces).

It’s well furnished with 1 double bedroom, 1 living-dining room with 
double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen.

Indipendent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, 
TV with DVD player, CD player, italian coffee maker, electric kettle.

The house is on the canal and has its own berth.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the St. Marco square and 
20 minutes by boat from the airport.
It has a lovely terrace, completely equipped, overlooking one of the 
most beautiful square in Venice (campo SS. Giovanni e Paolo). 

The location is ideal for a stay in the heart of Venice and is also 
the best point of departure for easily reach the islands of the 
lagoon.  

Vacation Rental Rates

The rent is regulated weekly and it costs, depending on the number 
of guest and on the period, from euro 800,00 to 900,00 
electricity/gas included.
Final cleaning euro 50,00.
Extra bed euro 15,00 per night.

We accept only no smokers.

To secure reservation 30% not refundable deposit is required.
