Our thoughtfully decorated, two-bedroom, two full-bath condo offers a unique one-level floor plan with sliding shoji screens separating the master bedroom suite from the living room. Two walls of windows and sliding glass doors ensure that you will not miss a moment of your extraordinary view. Located on the second floor from the ocean side, this condo is entered from a ground level, garden court entrance with just a few access steps.

Our spacious 1300 SF nonsmoking condo offers all the comforts of home with free high-speed internet, HD television, VCR, phone with data port, and radio with CD player.  It is amply supplied with linens and towels, and contains its own full size washer and dryer.  Guests can request replenishment of the bath amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet tissues) at any time without charge.  The expansive kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, cookware, and so on.   A grocery shopping and delivery service is also available so you can focus on relaxing.

Room rates are subject to 13.416% tax (including Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 9.25%).

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:

A one-night deposit is required except for arrivals between December 24 and January 3 when a two-night deposit is required.  Credit card deposits must be in the guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to four days prior to arrival between January 4 and December 23.  A one-night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than three days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). 

You may cancel without penalty up to 31 days prior to arrival for bookings between December 24 and January 3.  A two-night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 30 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time).  

A reservation that is not honored is considered a no show and will forfeit the advance deposit.
