   Our tastefully decorated, two-bedroom, two full-bath condo offers 
a unique one-level floor plan with sliding shoji screens separating 
the master bedroom suite from the living room.  Two walls of windows 
and sliding glass doors ensure that you will not miss a moment of 
your extraordinary view.  Located on the second floor from the ocean 
side, this condo is entered from a ground level, garden court 
entrance with just a few access steps.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

   Our spacious 1300 SF nonsmoking condo offers all the comforts of 
home – TV, VCR and radio with CD player.  It is amply supplied with 
linens and towels, and contains its own full size washer and dryer.  
The expansive kitchen contains a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, 
cookware, and so on.  

Activities and Attractions

   The magnificent island of Kauai, Hawaii is a land of dramatic 
mountains, sculpted canyons and cliffs, pristine waterfalls, and 
white sand beaches.  It has been used as a film location for over 30 
movies and TV shows.  Some of the major sights in the area are the 
Grand Canyon of the Pacific - Waimea Canyon, Barking Sands Beach, the 
Spouting Horn, historic Koloa Town, the National Tropical Botanical 
Gardens, Brennecke’s Beach, and America’s Best Beach - Poipu.  

Vacation Rental Rates

	May to December     $1365 per week     $195 per day
		5-night minimum stay required
	
	December to May     $1540 per week     $220 per day
   10-night minimum stay required between December 15 and January 5
 
   Hawaii state taxes of 11.42% and cleaning charges of $150 are not 
included in the weekly rate for up to a maximum of 4 guests.    

   Deposit and Payment Policy:  

   A $200 reservation deposit is required within 10 working days of 
reservation request to secure your reservation.  The reservation 
deposit will serve as a security deposit.  Full payment for booking 
in the form of personal, business or cashier’s check is due 30 days 
prior to arrival unless it is a Christmas/New Year booking, in which 
case payment in full is due at least 60 days prior to arrival.  

   The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure 
provided there are no additional expenses such as key replacement, 
missing items, damages, or excessive cleaning or laundering.
