Off Season (Apr 15th thru Nov 15th): $1200 weekly - $4500 monthly
Mid Season (Nov 16th thru Jan 15th): $1400 weekly - $5000 monthly
High Season (Jan 16th thru Apr 14th): $1800 weekly - $6000 monthly
NOTE: $150 cleaning fee and 11% Florida tax added to all bookings.
There is a $1000 refundable damage deposit
and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit required.
