Paradise Found in Englewood

This lovely one bedroom turn key,fully furnished Condo, is available in a certified 55 and over
community built in 1997. Could possibly sleep 4 with a blow up mattress. There is a minimum of 30 day rental per rules of the Condo association. It has full sized kitchen appliances, large
screen tv, full sized washer and dryer, new dishwasher, range, micro wave, vacuum, iron, dishes,
flat ware, toaster, coffee maker, elec. can opener, dining room table and chairs, kitchen nook table
and chairs, leather furniture, side tables, coffee table, queen size bed, dresser, walk in closet,
linen closet, pantry closet, new carpeting throughout, tiled kitchen and bath, screened in 6 x 30
lanai with a table and chairs and ceiling fan. There are also ceiling fans in the living room and
bedroom. There is a pass through bar from the kitchen to the dining room.
There are some parking for guests. RV's, trailers, or motor cycles are not allowed to park on the
premises. No smoking and No pets.  Condo is already rented the months of February and March 2010.

There is a heated community pool along with a tennis court and bocci ball. There is also a bike
path and a communtity room. There is shopping, golf, the beaches and fishing close by. Cable, water,
electric, sewer and maintanence fees are included in the monthly rent. There is no land phone
connection.

There are many activities all season long in the Englewood/Port Charlotte area. E-mail with any
questions. The sunsets on the gulf coast are a sight to behold. Sit on the beach and watch it
happen. The people are friendly, the water is warm and the sun is bright. Come on down and enjoy
time spent in Paradise Found. You are an hour from Sarasota and Fort Myers and 2 3/4 hours from
Disney for those day trips. There is fishing, golfing, shelling and finding sharks teeth on the
beaches, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico at Englewood Beach. Lots of nice restaurants, shopping and
of course Barnum and Bailey Circus Museum in Sarasota. There is also bike, boat and jet sking
rentals in Englewood. You can visit Old Engelwood on Dearborne Street and visit the unique shops,
Art galleries and Restaurants. Let's forget the Charlotte Rays Sports Park which begins training in

Weekly rates are only available if you book 30 days. Any additional weeks after 30 days are:

January Through March $450.00per week. ($400.00 if it is an additional week after the original 30 day stay based on availabilty)

April Through December $375.00 per week. ($325.00 if is an additional week after the original 30 day stay based on availability)

$500.00 Deposit must be received before reservation is final.
$85.00 Non- Refundable Cleaning Fee To Be Paid With Your Balance.    Balance Of Reservation Must Be RECEIVED 10 Days Before Arrival Date. All Fees Must Be Paid Before Arrival.
Reservations Cancelled 30 Days Prior To Arrival Will Result In Loss Of Deposit.
