Less than 1 mile from most all of the museums the Capitol/ Supreme Court/ and the Library of Congress, highways, parks, memorials etc. The neighborhood is a very safe and residential site within the city. Property is a multi-family property and can be rented as one whole property to sleep 28 or broken up to sleep between 1-28 people combined or 16 people seperately.
