enjoy the long water views, the Gulf of Mexico is only minutes away by boat. Have breakfast at the
breakfast bar and look out over the pool and long canal views. Enjoy evenings in the screened in
lanai that surrounds the pool. Have a barbeque on the provided gas grill and eat poolside in the
lanai. Only minutes from shopping and dining with numerous Gulf Beaches 15 minutes away by car.

This three bedroom, two bath home has a queen bed in the master suite with an ensuite bathroom and
walk in closet. The two other rooms are equipped with two twin beds each allowing the most
flexibility. The nicely appointed kitchen with all the necessary equipment is there to provide for
your cooking needs. The living area has a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD player as well as
a cd / stereo. Fishing / boating dock in rear with 10,000 lb boat lift.

This is a wonderful location for the fisherman or boater of any type with its close proximity to the
Gulf of Mexico by boat.
Beach lovers will enjoy the ability to take advantage of so many nice beaches just a short ride
away. Picturesque beaches like Stump Pass State Park are only minutes away and offer beautiful
sunset views in a tranquil environment.
Plenty of state parks are in the area, such as The Myakka River State Park where you can become one
with nature in the tree canopy!
Shoppers will enjoy the flea markets, Fisherman’s Village, and the many local establishments with
and Outlet Mall only 30 minutes away.
Major parks and attractions such as Disney World are approximately 2 hours away by car. Enjoy a day
in Miami 2 hours away by car, or take the ferry from Fort Meyers to Key West and experience
Margaritaville.
