exclusive Playacar Phase 2 district of Playa Del Carmen. Playacar is a gated community with 24 hour security. Bugambilias is a third floor penthouse, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and a private rooftop terrace which overlooks the pool and courtyard. It is tastefully decorated, bright and comfortable.
Playa Del Carmen is centrally located in the very popular Riviera Maya area. A great base for all the ruins,cenotes,snorkeling, scuba diving and shopping. Mamitas beach, the famous 5th avenue and the Cozumel ferry are in very close proximity. A 15 minute walk from Bugambilias and you are at either the beach, the golf course or the downtown shopping and restaurant area. If you prefer, taxis are readily available at the end of the block.

Bugambilias is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condominium that sleeps up to 6 people and contains extensive closet space. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a double and hide-a-bed set in the second bedroom (great for the kids). The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances and everything from coffeemaker to blender for margaritas. Convenience stores are nearby for grocery shopping. The common areas have comfortable seating a large dining table. TV,DVD and Stereo equipment will satisfy your media needs. Several DVD movies and music CD's included.
Bugambilias also includes A/C, washer and dryer, all linens, patio table and chairs. The secured courtyard has a beautiful pool, washrooms and a palapa with tables and chairs. For more pictures please reply to my email.

Beautiful sandy beaches, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling,
championship golf course, deep sea fishing,the ruins of Chichenitza, Coba and Tulum. Xcaret, Xel-ha, Akumal (famous for sea turtles),
horseback riding, swimming with dolphins, jet skiing, wind surfing,
kitesurfing, parasailing. Take the ferry to Cozumel. All kinds of unique shopping, fantastic restaurants and night life.

Rental Rates include free access to Reef Club Playacar Resort beach
facilities. You can also purchase the all inclusive food & beverage at the Reef Club for a daily rate of $40 USD with VIP pass included with the condo.
