Historic 1909 Water Front Home w/ Pool & Cottage in Sebastian

Ready for some relaxation in luxury! This is the perfect place for a family reunion or
business gathering / meeting. All services included. No Weddings or large parties permitted. This beautifully maintained 1909 estate home sits on a very large lot and still has all the charm from it's time. Including the generous front porch with comfortable seating which looks out unobstructed, over the Indian River across a large green front lawn. Watch dolphins play, manatees swim and some incredible bird life fly by while sipping a cool beverage. Witness the very rare and seasonal White Pelicans who frequently live on the neighboring docks feed on the abundant sea life. You'll also see many of Florida's protected and endangered wildlife such as the Florida Osprey, Sandhill Cranes, Wood Storks and Snowy Egrets. The entire house has it's original hard wood floors, walls and high ceilings. Three bedrooms with river views and two baths are upstairs including the master which has it's own in-suite bath. There's another balcony on the second floor for even better views of the river. The main level has one bedroom, one bath, two living rooms, an office and a large dine-in kitchen which has recently been upgraded with all modern appliances and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to entertain your guest. The wrap around porch on the kitchen overlooks the large 20X40 pool, hot tub (winter only) and a seeded pond. Pool area includes a large stainless steel gas BBQ, table for 8, chairs, loungers, and umbrellas. On-site is a grass volleyball court and basketball backboard. Bring your boat and keep it handy on the private dock (small boats only/shallow waters). Great fishing and kayaking right off the dock. Walk to the island out in front of the house in waste deep waters. The Sebastian inlet to the Atlantic Ocean is only 1 mile from the end of the dock, directly across the Indian River. On-site is some gear for fishing where you can catch your dinner of Trout, Red fish, Snook or flounder in front of the house. Located 10 steps from the house is a generous cottage with water views that has a bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room, and a screened in porch with table and chairs. We also have a fitness area with a TV attached to the garage which has weights, tread mill, inversion board, Ab lounger and a universal gym. Available for your enjoyment are pool toys, floats, volleyball net and balls for the pool and balls for the grass court, badmitten set, and basketball and also a croquet set for the front lawn. Also there are numerous board games for the adults as well as the kids.

For driving; Just minutes away is the Sebastian Inlet State Park, famous for its surfing, swimming,
beaches, ocean and lagoon, sports fishing. Golf, tennis, world class sky diving & instructions, kitesurfing, surfing and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) 
lessons, bird watching, diving, treasure hunting, and Pelican Island excursions are all just a few
minutes away. The famous Mel Fisher Treasure Museum is down the street. Pelican Island Reserve and Jungle Trail are also very close
by. Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center and much
more are all a short drive from here.
Just a little over an hour from Orlando Int'l airport and only 20 minutes from Melbourne Int'l Airport. Excellent
dinning, entertainment and local watering holes right down the street. Close to local shops and just
15 minutes from downtown Vero Beach shopping.

Summer rates are $2,500 a week

Winter rates range from $3,500 to $4,500 a week

Payable by Paypal (which takes credit cards) or Personal Check. Rates do not include 11% rental tax.
Cleaning service is included in rent for one week stay or more.  Check with owner for more details.
Payment due 30 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable. Security deposit required at the
time of booking in order to reserve the dates and is non-refundable for 60 days prior to arrival date.
