The bedrooms are all roomy with lots of light and ceiling fans.

Beautifully decorated, this house offers a comfortable place for the whole family. The dining room seats 8 and 3 bar stools in the kitchen round out the dining capacity. Outside, you ll find multiple large decks with great ocean and sound views. Some decks are covered and some are open to the sun. Lying along North Carolina's southeastern coast, Topsail Island is a
26-mile barrier island that reaches from 500 to 1,500 feet wide.
Located close to one mile
offshore, it is approximately 140 miles south of Raleigh, 25 miles
north of Wilmington and 28 miles
south of Jacksonville.

The Island is accessible by an old-fashioned swing bridge and a
modern high-rise bridge. The Island is composed of three towns -
North Topsail Beach, Surf City and
Topsail Beach. On the mainland, our service area includes the towns
of Sneads Ferry and Holly Ridge.

The Topsail area enjoys a mild climate that makes for ideal year-
