House with separate "in law" apartment. Always rented together. Sleeps 12.
This is a great place close to the beach for a family. It has a great deck in the yard
for a barbeque or to just sit and relax. Master bedroom on second floor has its own private deck
with ocean views. The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 queens), two pull-out sofas and 1� baths.
The "in law"cottage has 1 bedroom (queen), a pull-out sofa and 1 full bath and is included with rental of the main house. The two structures are always rented together.
Just a 100 yard walk to Short Sands Beach and all that York Beach has to offer. Long Sands Beach is a short distance.
There is plenty of parking available.
