REFUNDABLE SECURITY (DAMAGE) DEPOSIT

Monthly deposit : 2 week-rent  (1 month stays)
Monthly deposit : 1 month-rent  (more than 1 month stays)

A security deposit will always be required upon arrival, and this amount will vary according to the length of your stay. The deposit is payable in cash. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure after an inventory and inspection of the apartment has been completed.

HOW TO BOOK  
After you have received a response to your request for availability, a 20% down payment (50% for stays of 1 week or shorter) is needed to secure the booking. This payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification, and we accept payments through PayPal. You will then receive a confirmation voucher from Paypal with the details of your stay. The balance of the stay (80%) must be paid in cash when you check-in to the apartment.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF STAY
If you cancel before your arrival, the down payment will not be refunded. However, if 30 days notice is given, 50% of the booking payment will be refunded. In addition, if   the stay is shortened, this will not entitle the tenant to a refund of the rent already paid. Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay.
