walkways, quiet and peaceful, sandy beach area for suntanning, 
liquor/convenience store and deli, massage therapist, florist and swimsuit shoppe all onsite. 

Absolutely no road noise that is so common with many Alii Drive 
complexes. Walking distance(100 yards)to the best farmers market in 
Kona. On Allii Drive, one mile to downtown Kona. One mile to White 
Sands Beach. One and a half miles to Kahaluu' Beach (best 
snorkeling/turtle watching spot anywhere)...Stay at our unit and

$180 night, $1225 week, $4500 month, (28 nights) December 1  thru April 15, 
Holidays and Ironman bookings at high-season rate. 
3 night minimum. All bookings plus tax (11.42%)and cleaning fee 
$110. 
Deposit $200-500 depending on length of stay due at resv. 
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
