Esplanade Ridge ..........turn of the century home in New Orleans

We have a great turn of the century home on beautiful oak tree
lined Esplanade Ave. Convenient walking distance to the French
Quarter's and the Fair Grounds for our Jazz Festival Friends. The
area of our home that we offer is the original living room with
polished wood floors, ceiling fans, stained glass, fluted interior
columns, ornate plaster, tile baths, furnished kitchen, large front
porch. Direct sat. TV and wireless internet also available.

The sleeping arrangement allows for three couples privacy and
full beds. More persons can be worked out but we do have limits. We
ask our visitors to smoke outside. We live in the rear of the
property and are happy to offer information on our city. We are
natives who love art and music. We have an art gallery at 1029

My wife Ume and I spend agreat deal of time in our kitchen. We can
arrange an eclectic menu for one of your nights. Or a crawfish
boil / barbeque. Parties are flexible and can be suited to your
tastes. Call for more info.

During Mardi Gras. and Jazz Fest., Super Bowls we rent this space
for $100.00 per person / per night. Min. 4 persons max 8 persons,
minimum stay 4 days. During the slower months our rates are $55.00
per/person per/nite 50% deposit holds rooms. Lets us know by phone
