With two bedrooms, a cozy loft, one full bath and covered waterfront
patio, Skagit Bay’s Sunset Beach House makes for a comfortable
back-to-nature lifestyle. The home is located just minutes from the
quaint waterfront village of La Conner as well as Anacortes, gateway
to the San Juan Islands. The home sits on an elevated location with
stunning views of Skagit Bay, Whidbey Island, and the Olympic
Mountains. In keeping with its natural surroundings, the home is
distinctively furnished in a style that gives it a comfortable, rustic
quality.

The bedrooms feature a king size bed and one queen over queen log bunk
bed. There is an additional queen mattress in the loft. The
well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living area
with wonderful views, great for entertaining. Two fireplaces are
available, one gas fireplace inside, and one wood-burning brick
fireplace outdoors under the covered patio. The beach is also
accessible via a set of stone steps. Enjoy the best of both worlds,
camping with all the creature comforts of home.

Rates based on double occupancy (2 guests). Additional $20/person/night.

Peak Season:
Apr-Sep & ALL Holidays $240/night, 3 night minimum, $1440/week.

Off-Peak Season:
Oct-Mar (excluding Holidays) $210/night, 2 night minimum, $1260/week.

10.2% State and County taxes will be added.
$100 cleaning fee.  $500 Refundable Security Deposit required.

RESERVATIONS:
50% of rent is due at the time of reservation.  Remaining rent, deposit, taxes and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations accepted outside 30 days of arrival date.  All cancelled reservations are subject to a $75 cancellation charge.  For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not re-rented for the reserved period (security deposit does not apply).  No refunds will be made for early departure or if number in party decreases.
