November through April - 30 day minimum stay.

-Dining Room seats 6.
-All household items included: Full Size washer and dryer, dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, linens, pillows, blankets, toaster, blender, microwave, DVD player, CD and Stereo, RO water system, water softener.  All utilities paid, internet available on request.

Activities include: boating, fishing, waterskiing, golfing, motorcycle, dunebuggy, and quad riding.
Travel to Laughlin is only an hour away.

Holiday Rates (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day)
Daily: $250.00 (4 night minimum)

Refundable security deposit of $500 and $85.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to the rent
