Pismo Pier  
from inside and from deck.  Very bright and cheerful. For summer rental, Riviera has two  
bedrooms, two  
baths. Main floor is ground level, one bedroom and one  
bathroom  
downstairs. For non summer rental, Riviera is the entire top floor only, with one bedroom  
one bath.  Owner's separate garden studio downstairs not  
included.  
Huge deck has umbrella table and chairs, glider, and gas bbq.

blocks to beach and pier.  Fifteen minutes to Avila harbor.  One  
half hour to Lopez water slides.  Forty five minutes to Hearst  
Castle, and same to Solvang. Golf and tennis courses abound, pool  
nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rivera as a one bedroom is $1,950 per month three month minimum or $2,500 for only  
one month.    
 
Summer rate is  $6,000 per month as a two bedroom.
