"What a wonderful surprise when we opened the door to your condo. 
Every room was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked 
with cookware, utensils and dishes. Every thing was clean and neat and 
a real pleasure to live in for two weeks. I'd say it was fit for a 
king. The beds were comfortable, and we could not stop enjoying the 
scenic view from our master bedroom, kitchen and living room windows. 
In the evening, especially, the lights shone on the water surrounding 
the condo. Such ambiance! We have paid a lot more for a lot less right 
in this area. The beach, right across the street is easy to get to.

"This is our second year staying in your beautiful "beach house". It 
truly is a home away from home for us...it has absolutely everything 
you would need, the view is awesome and the cleanliness is tops. Our 
grandchildren visited this year and really appreciated all the water 
toys they found in the treasure chest in the garage!! We hope to be 
able to come back for many, many years. Once again, we have had a

Vacation Rental Rates

Rentals are for a minimum of 7 days, and prices vary seasonally. 
• HI-SEASON $925 per week (February, March, April and Holiday Weeks) 
• MID-SEASON - $800 per week (January) 
• OFF-SEASON $675 per week (May - December) 
• Save an extra 10% on stays of 28 days or more. 
• Special pricing available for longer stays. 
 
25% deposit required to make a reservation, payment  
in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Save an additional 5% by making  
payment in full when confirming the reservation (minimum 60 days prior 
to arrival). 
 
A refundable $300 security deposit is also required. 
 
Check-in (4pm EST) and check-out (10am EST) are on Sundays, unless 
prior special arrangements are made. 
 
The above prices do not include these additional charges: 
Cleaning fee: $95 per stay
