Sierra StoneHaven in Yosemite

Sierra StoneHaven is in the California Sierra mountains near Yosemite National Parka and the Merced
River Canyon. We are located just off the Yosemite highway 140 corridor at 3300 elevation.

StoneHaven is an ideal location for naturalists who love a beautiful, peaceful solitude to enjoy the
forest and wildlife that abounds here. StoneHaven is home to mule deer, grey squirrel, coyote,
chipmunk, other mammals. Turkey and many other birds depending on the season.

This is also a place to enjoy all four seasons. In Spring there are the amazing alpine wildflowers
that are a photographer's paradise, made famous by Ansel Adams. In later spring there are the rafting
adventures on the wild and scenic Merced River that flows from Yosemite's water falls. People arrive
from distant locations to enjoy these activities.

StoneHaven is comfortably and stylishly furnished with most everything you will need to enjoy your
time here.

This is a three bedroom home featuring a king bedroom suite with connecting bath; a queen bedroom
suite with connecting bath, and a full bedroom. There is also a futon sofa in the living room for
extra guests. StoneHaven's beds are furnished with new linens and baths furnished with towels. There
are linen drapes and wool carpet in the downstairs bedrooms.

For your comfort and enjoyment, there is central heating and air conditioning, plus a large ceiling
fan in the living area; an open front wood burning stove for your warmth and pleasure during the
Winter season.

A furnished kitchen with service for eight gives you the opportunity to create home cooked meals.
It features a gas cooking stovetop and oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, microwave
and service for eight. If you choose to dine out, there are restaurants located in nearby Mariposa
village or the magnificent Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite.

The dining area has a teakwood table to seat eight guests on a beautiful pine plank floor. Covering
the floors are sisal area rugs. The windows are covered in Belgian linen and Thai silk drapes.

In the living/media area, comfortable leather furniture provides a lounging area to enjoy
conversation or to tune into Direct TV, or watch a movie on DVD.

Outside we have a private fenced spa garden with hot tub that seats five adults. During a visit in
summer, abundant flowers will be blooming in the garden. A deck surrounding the house and overlooks
the spa garden and the surrounding countryside.

For your communication and entertainment there is a wireless broadband network and local telephone
service. Cell phone service is good for most cell service providers since the cell tower is nearby.

April- October rate for 1-4 guests: $200/night

county bed tax 11%

Extra guest - $20/night up to 6 guests. No pets permitted.
Three night minimum - other for holiday weeks. Ask!
Weekly rate $1000 - $1200 depending on occupants, season or holidays.
There is a cleaning and sanitizing fee of $90.00.
A deposit of $250 is required to secure a reservation. Deposit will be refunded after check-out.
