Our two-story home is located on the river across from beautiful Three Sisters Springs. The view from the porch and back of the house is unobstructed river and undeveloped wetlands.
Swim, snorkle, canoe or kayak into the Springs while viewing large number of manatees that take refuge in the warm waters during cooler months.
Enjoy watching the Osprey hunt, Egret, Heron, Cormorants and other birds. You will also see the occasional otter cracking crabs on the dock.
You can dock your boat at our floating dock and park your trailer on our side lot. Fish off the dock or seawall for largemouth bass, mangrove snapper, Jack Crevelle and sheepshead. We are very close to King's Bay and approximately 30 minutes by boat to the mouth of river which opens to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing and scalloping. Speckled trout, redfish, snook, tarpon and cobia call the numerous grass flats and mangroves home. And, just a couple miles offshore you can find some of the best grouper fishing the state has to offer.
The house is very comfortable with four bedrooms, two full baths upstairs and the living spaces and half bath downstairs. Windows in the family room, living room and kitchen overlook the river. The large screen porch overlooking the river is great for outdoor dining, grilling and most of all relaxing.

The town also boasts 9 local golf courses and 18 courses close by including World Woods. There is also a local mall and movie theatre. Crystal River is close enough to Ocala, Tampa/St. Petersburg and Orlando for day trips.
