This home shows like a model. When you rent from us we are able to transfer our membership in the golf course to you which then makes you the member.
Golf membership transfer fee is $250.00. That entitles you to all amenities such as golf, tennis and bocce courts, swimming, areobics, fitness center, bicycle and jog paths. You may eat in the Full Size Restaurant OR Grill Room and also the BRAND NEW OUTSIDE PATIO DINING at a 10% DISCOUNT, and play golf at a much reduced rate.
