Cypress Woods membership transfer fee is $250.00. That entitles you to all MEMBER ONLY social functions as well as golf, tennis, bocce courts, main swimming pool, areobics, fitness center, bicycle and jog paths. You may also dine in any of the THREE Full Size Restaurant's: Main Dining Room, Grill Room and also the BRAND NEW OUTSIDE PATIO DINING at a 10% DISCOUNT.  Play golf at a much reduced rate!!!!!!!!.  The minimum time frame for the membership transfer is one month (30 days).

Lanai is furnished by the pool with New Outdoor Speakers & New Ceiling Fan installed Fall of 2009.  Lanai is freshly painted, September, 2011.

New lighting installed Fall of 2009 in:  Master Bedroom, Pool Area and Den.
