The house is sunny and bright with an awsome homeowners beach facility for your use. All usual
operating features and wood burning stove are built-in. There is a two car garage and off street
parking for additional vehicles.

The three spacious bedrooms are equiped with queen size beds and the overflow large loft area can
accomodate other sleeping. The master bedroom, first floor, has one Queen with a private bath and
jetted tub and seperate shower; the first upstairs bedroom has two queen size beds; the second
upstairs bedroom has one queen size bed and a bunk bed for two sleepers; the overflow/loft area is
spacious and overlooks down to the livingroom, has sleping pads and day beds for as many as 8 more
sleepers. The wood burning stove will add additional warmth to those winter nights. All cooking
utencils and bedding are there. There is a washer and dryer upstairs. The private Tahoe Park
homeowners beach and park are great for afternoon picnicing and bar-be-que which is available for
guests.

The Lake Tahoe area is world renouned for its rich varity of activites such as snow skiing, hiking,
fishing, boating, gambeling and enjoyment of the outdoors. Shopping in Tahoe City is about two miles
away, and Sugar Pine Point State Park is a few miles in the other direction.

The nightly rate is $275.00 per night with a two night minimum. Holiday weekly rates will vary and
longer stays will be discounted. There is a $150.00 cleaning fee, plus 8% community tax. Inorder to
