tile floor. There is a dining room, Living room, Office area, extra
bedroom, sliding glass doors lead you out to a nice patio area with a
large in ground pool. The back yard is privacy fenced and it has a
pool storage building. There is plenty of room to host a
cook out with all of the fish you caught on the Rainbow River. There
is a parking pad on the left side of the front yard where you can park. your boat or small RV. If you
have a large RV there is ample space for parking just to the left of that parking pad. This would be a
wonderful place to spend your Winter and Fall or enjoy the beautiful flowers of Spring on a canoe trip down the Rainbow (72 degrees year around) and a picnic in the park.

The efficency Apt has private entrance with seperate bath and fully equipt kitchen, seperate bedroom
with queen size bed and cable TV There is no entrance to the backyard. Outside entrance from the
front yard and private parking area.

Main Apartment has Large Kitchen with Kitchen Aid dishwasher, Butcher Block counter top,
Formica counter tops, Tons of beautiful white cabinets, and a glass
cook top oven,side by side refrigerator/freezer w/indoor water and
ice, and a large microwave. All cooking utensils, cookware, and linens
are supplied. The bath features a white pedestal sink and a whirlpool tub with shower.
The master bedroom is large with a King size bed,
and a Direct TV satellite TV.
The living room has a hid-abed sofa and a corner media center with
Direct TV satellite TV.
The dining room has large windows that look out into the back yard and
the pool. The office is between the dining room and guest bedroom
which has a full size bed. The washer and dryer are in the garage
which can be accessed via a french door in the living room.
All bed linens and towels are stored in the hall closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The fully furnished efficency apartment has Queen size bed with seperate kitchen and shower bath.

This home is within the Rainbow End Subdivision. A golf course is
at the back of the subdivision. Rainbow Springs golf course is across the street.
The city limits to Dunnellon is two miles away. Dunnellon
is a beautiful small Florida city with Rainbow Springs as it's claim
to fame. The Springs are crystal clear!! You can scuba dive, tube  and fish on the Rainbow River which runs into the Withlachooce River. The Withlachooce River is dark water that is know for it's fish!
You can take a wonderful walk in the Springs park, or swim in the headwaters and picnic in the park.

 Rainbow River is 72 degrees year around. Rainbow Springs State Park is just across the highway from oursubdivision entrance. Folks come from all over the state to enjoy this beautiful park.
The Rainbow flows into the Withlachoochee River at Dunnellon where you can rent boats for fishing and
sight seeing in Dunnellon or you may choose to float down the beautiful Rainbow.
We have a fire station just at the entrance to our subdivision.
WinnDixie, produce stands, Super Walmart, Bealls, and so much more are
within a 5 minute drive.

Ocala and the world famous Silver Springs
are just a 20 minute drive away. Marion county is horse country. The
nature lover will find so much to enjoy. You can also access Interstate 75 in
Ocala and take a 75 minute drive to Orlando(via the Turnpike exit), or
you could take a 2 hour drive to Tampa Clearwater, St. Pete Beach,
Treasure Island, Fort Desoto, etc. You will be in a small town
setting with access to so much more. Or you could just enjoy the
privacy fenced back yard and your own inground pool.

May thru September rates: Weekly - $600 ( 2 weeks at a time)

Monthly $950.00($100 deposit for weekly and $200 for
monthly)Efficiency(Mother-In-Law) $650.00 per month.

October thur April  rates: Monthly $950.00 ($200 deposit)Efficency (Mother-in-law apt.) $650.00.  No weekly rentals January thru April!
