Description of the Area:

The home is not located in a subdivision in Sedona Arizona. This
very private country neighborhood is located on a high desert mesa
completely encircled by mountains. 360-degree unobstructed panoramic
views from the Sedona red rocks to the majestic Mingus Mountain
range. After the sun sets, you can see the lights of Jerome
twinkling on the mountainside directly to the west. Watch the flames
dance in the gas fireplace in the family room. Rest in the oversized
freestanding hammock on the patio while watching quail, hawks,
rabbits, and squirrels. Relax in the Jacuzzi while watching stars
blink on crystal clear nights. Perfect for those who want to
experience the beauty of Sedona while staying away from the tourist
crowd.

This Sedona neighborhood is beautiful for its views, wildlife, and
the many pueblo style custom homes. It is upscale and very safe.
The properties are mostly unfenced (except for horse corrals) giving

-- Yellow Bedroom Suite has a Queen size bed and a private door to
the Spanish Bathroom. Spanish Bathroom has a large corner shower
with curved glass doors, pedestal sink, and toilet.
-- Blue Bedroom has a Queen size bed and is next to the Kokopelli
Bathroom. Kokopelli Bathroom has a combo tub/shower, sink with
countertop, and a toilet.
-- Family Room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, door that closes to
the hallway for privacy, and a 6-foot clothes closet.

grills, and restrooms.

Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without
notice. All rates are quoted and payable in US Dollars.

$280 per night for Weekdays (3 night minimum).
$300 per night for Weekends (3 night minimum).
$320 per night for Holidays or 2 night stays.
$1400 per Week.
$4200 per Month.

Holidays require a 3 night minimum stay. For weekly stays
that include a holiday, holiday rates will apply to all or part of
the stay.

Payable in US Dollars by Visa, MasterCard, or check. All checks must
be cleared prior to arrival.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Children are welcome; they must be supervised by a responsible adult
at all times. Children under 12 are not allowed in the Jacuzzi.

Reservation Deposit:

100% for up to 3 night stays.

50% for longer than 3 night stays if the reservation is made more
than 30 days in advance.
