across from home has dock and swim float. Beach access to two other
ponds within walking distance. Great fishing and ice skating!

Open living room/dining room with skylight, wood stove, ceiling fan,
cable TV and VCR. Bedroom on first floor has queen size bed. Three
bedrooms located on second floor. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed.
3rd bedroom has queen size bed. 4th bedroom has full size bed. Two full
bathrooms, one on first floor and one on second floor. All bedrooms
are beautifully appointed with down comforters on beds. Large wrap
around deck with large charcoal grill/smoker, gas grill and patio
furniture. Air hockey table, washer & dryer and
family room with two futons and TV in finished basement.
Kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. All
dishes, cooking utensils provided.

Private dock and 8 X 8 swim float at waterfront.

Large plowed driveway to accomodate at least five cars. Firewood
provided. Please bring towels and bed linens.

15 minutes from Cranmore Mt. and King Pine. 15 minutes to outlet
shopping in North Conway. Close to Story Land, Attitash Bear Peak,
WildCat, Bretton Woods, 45 minutes to Loon and just over an hour to
Sunday River. Hiking, horseback riding, snowshoeing and cross
country skiing and golfing all within 10 miles. 10 minutes from the
Kankamangus Hwy.

May thru September: Weekend Rate=$650, Holiday Weekend=$750,
Weekly Rate= $850 - $1,000

July and August Weeks = $1000
