main bedroom, a single sleeper sofa to sleep three comfortable. Short
term guests could utilize the leather couch in the spacious Florida
room for sleeping if needed. Located on the canal in the south west
quadrant of Nettles Island, this unit is just a short 3 minute walk to
the main club house with heated pool, two hot tubs, diner, exercise
room and kids game room (including miniature golf, horse shoes,
shuffle board, basket ball, tennis courts and boccie ball fields).

This unit has just been completely renovated with hardwood floors and
completely new furnishings. All you need is your toothbrush and
clothes. Literally! And with your own private deck over the water,
there is no better way to start the day with a cup of coffee and a
view of the inter coastal waterway or finish your day watching the
sunset to the west. The fishing is not bad from the deck either.

main sitting room and another TV in the air conditioned Florida room.

to heated pools on the inter coastal waterway and on the Atlantic Ocean
front. There is a full service marina with a small grocery store
right on the island as well as a restaurant. There is a main club
house with a heated pool, two hot tubs, diner, exercise room and kids
game room (including miniature golf, horse shoes, shuffle board,
basket ball, tennis courts and boccie ball fields). At the ocean is a
beautiful beach but also a gated area just for Nettles Island guests
with a heated pool, modern showers, modern toilets and changing areas
right there by the ocean and an cabana cafe for food and drink. What
more do you need? Nettles has it all. Located just across the
causeway from Jenson Beach, all the modern shopping amenities are also
just a few miles away.

This Canal front model offers out of season rates (May - November) of
$1,200 per month. In season rates (December - April) are $2,400 per
month. In season, all utilities are included (cable television,
electric, water). Out of season, all utilities except electric are
included. Full year rentals are available. Rates may be negotiable
depending upon time of season and demand.
