Vacation in Oceanfront Paradise in Cudjoe Key

Welcome to our home in paradise. Our cozy 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home is located in the fishing
capital of the world. We have a 60 ft. concrete dock, on a beautiful crystal clear swimmable canal.
If you bring your boat, we are three houses in from the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Here you
can go fishing, diving or snorkeling.
Fabulous Looe Key is world famous for its diving and snorkeling just a short boat ride away. Take a
twenty minute drive into Key West to experience the sunset. Drive 1 minute out to US 1 and you can
go south to Key West or north to Marathon, or stay in Cudjoe for dinner at one of our excellent
restaurants, or just order pizza. We are located in a very nice neighborhood on a very quiet dead
end street.

Our home was completely renovated in 2008. Living area is on the second floor. New stainless steel
appliances in the kitchen, high efficiency washer & dryer. Master bedroom has a sliding glass door
leading out to the terrace. Queen sleigh bed with beautiful Nautica tropical bedding. Second bedroom
has a bunk bed and a twin bed. Sleep three people comfortably in our brand new beds covered with
Dockers nautical comforter sets. Living room has brand new leather sofa bed and chair. And for the
sports enthusiasts we have a 70 inch big screen television with cable. Comcast cable TV has over 400
channels, movies and music. We offer wireless internet for those who need to stay connected, just
bring your laptop.
Outside the living area and master bedroom is a 40 ft. terrace overlooking Cudjoe bay. The barbeque
is there ready to grill your fresh catch while you sip a Margarita catching the sunset or a glimpse
of the constellation of stars in the night sky. Charge your iPod on our portable iPod mini boom box,
or just listen to your favorite music on our television that has over fifty radio channels. Fish for
mangrove snapper from the dock, or take a refreshing swim. Whether you are coming for the water
sports, fishing, or just relaxing, we assure you our home offers first class comfort and style to
meet all of your vacation needs and expectations.
Special arrangement and fees can be made if you want to bring your boat.

$2500-$3000 monthly rental

Cleaning and utility fees apply depending upon lenght of stay.
