Vacation Rental Description

Located just 3.5 miles west of Disney's main gate entrance,Paradise  
Haven is in the brand new subdivision,Indian Creek.This single story 
5 bedroom/ 4 Bath/screened in heated pool/ was just completed in  
November 2001.All the furniture,beds,kitchenware,linens,and towels  
are brand new.This is truly a Haven to be explored. 
 
This villa/home sleeps 10-12 in perfect comfort.Two master-bedrooms 
with King and Queen beds with private bathrooms.A full size  
bedroom,and 2 rooms with twin beds provide the mainstay.A queen size  
sleeper sofa in the great room provides the extra capacity for  
additional guests. 
The living room/Great Room/dining room combination is quite expansive 
with vaulted ceiling and sky lights with ceiling fans make this   
area's atmosphere feel even more spacious  and festive for vacationing 
in a ParadiseHaven environment. 
 
The Kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large nook area with a 
breakfast table.The center aisle provides a warm environment for  
cooking and dining with  added capacity to eat  
together.                                
Microwave,coffeemaker,dishwasher,and disposal are all here.In  
addition to these appliances,there is a large screen TV (31")  with 
VCR in the living area with an additional 27"TV in the main Master  
bedroom and a 19" TV in the other Master bedroom. 
There is a laundry room with Extra Large Capacity Washer and Dryer. 
 
To take advantage of the luxurious pool and patio an entrance to the 
Lanai from the 2 masterbedrooms or living room is possible protected 
by an alarm for child protection.Patio furniture is there as well as  
a gas barbecue grill  to make the experience even more  
pleasureable.Plan ahead if you want the water heated at your desired  
temperature.

ParadiseHaven is located within a subdivision with a superior  
recreation area.The facilities include tennis courts,children's 
playground,basketball court,putting green and a multi-purpose playing 
field.Step out the front door at night around 9:00pm and get a look 
at the close out fireworks from Disney.A sight to behold!

project of route 192 is complete with a variety of restaurants,  
novelty shops,stores, and places to visit.In addition to minutes to

       WEEKLY RATES WILL BE A FLAT RATE OF $ 1075.00  FOR THE WEEK 
        WHICH INCLUDES ALL TAXES.( EXCEPTION OF MAJOR HOLIDAYS) 
 
Standard Rates:  Nightly: $ 165  Weekly : $1075  Monthly : $3200 
Summer   Rates:  Nightly: $ 185  Weekly : $1200  Monthly : $3600 
Holiday  Rates:  Nightly:  Call  Weekly : $1400  Monthly :  Call  
 
*  4 night minimum stay; 7 night minimun stay during holidays 
*  7 night minimum stay required if reservation includes  a Fri.& Sat. 
*  2 & 3 night reservations are accepted within 30 days of arrival 
*  For 2 night stays add 25% to the nightly rate 
*  For 3 night stays add 15% to the nightly rate 
*  12 % tax is added to the rate for this home location
