Other villas and condos are a long way from the beach. This Penthouse is 20 steps from front gate to white beach sand (see photo above). All other beachfront resorts are either time-shares or hotel resorts with small expensive rooms. It is spacious and brand new (just completed August 2008). You can enjoy the beautifull ocean/beach view and unforgetable sunset on Eagle Beach while sitting in the large Jacuzzi hot tub right on the terrace. The penthouse also has 2 large balconies across the living room and the bedrooms. You can enjoy the beautiful ocean/beach view on your bed. 

Luxury: It has 1400 SQF living space with Master Bedroom suite  +living room & 2 full Bath, sleeps 6.  The master bedroom suite has spacious bathroom, closet and jacuzzi tub. The livig room has comfortable queen size sleeping sofa, dining table which seats 6-8, tropical style bar furniture, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Two more rollaway beds available to acommodate more guests. The luxurious modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a 4-seat dining bar-table, and a large formal dining table. The Penthouse has two full modern bathrooms with top end bath accessories. The master bedroom have king-size beds. The living room has a comfortable queen
size sleeping sofa. Additional 2 roll-away beds with pillows/linen are available and can be comfortably used in this premium penthouse. A full size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

All furniture is in tropical style and highest quality. There are two rollaway beds to acommodate more people in the unit. Baby crib is available upon request.

Location
The Penthouse is twenty foot steps away from the world famous Eagle Beach. The Eagle Beach is a 50 yard wide sugar white sand beach. Unlike the Palm beach, Eagle Beach has wider beach, finer sand and amazingly uncrowded. Please come and enjoy the sparkling blue ocean and stroll on the beautiful beach. You may lost yourself in the unforgetable sunset on the beach.
Roof Top Terrace and Balconies:
One of the most attractive feature of the Penthouse is the private large roof top terrace which is accessible from the spiral staircase inside the unit. There is a large Hut Tub Jacuzzi on the terrace. Three large balconies stretching across the living room, masterbedroom and the guest bedroom provide panoramic ocean view. Sipping your favorite tropical drink and enjoy the unforgetable sunset on the terrace is the best Aruba can offer.
First Class Service
We have a local manager to provide first class guest service. Our manager is on call in the evening and weekend for any urgent need. He is an American from Texas. He can make arrangement for car rental, taxi, baby sitting, personal chef etc. We strive to provide the best guest service to all our guests.
Entertainment amneities
There are TWO 40" LCD TVs hook up with cable inside the units. The oceania condo resort include a large free-style swimming pool with water fall, state of art fitness center, sauna and two tennis courts. The resort is very kids friendly and has a kid's playroom with toys.

There are many things to do and enjoy in Aruba:
There is a Caribbean's largest Water Park half block form the Penthouse. An Orstrich Farm not far away is very entertaining for young children and adults alike. DIVI golf resort is within 5-10 minutes walk. A large Casino is within walking distance.  Many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.  Divi Golf resort is just minutes away.  Downtown Oragnjestad can be reached by car or bus.  Many designer shops and jewelry stores waiting for you to explore.

Penthouse is located on the best beach in Aruba - Eagle Beach. It provides all kinds of water sports you can imagine: jet-ski, wing-surfing, snorkling, deep sea fishing, Atlantis Submarine tour. Casino is within five minute walk.

The Penthouse is only 5-10 minutes away from trendy restaurants, Casino and Divi Golf course. Downtown Oranjestad, high rise hotel zone, Palm beach can be reached by ten minutes bus or taxi ride. Many restaurauts are withing walking distance from the penthouse: The Chalet Suisse, Le Dome or Aruba's newest dining and music venue, The Screaming Eagle, Le Petit.
