one-bath condo. There is a heated pool with sundeck
and ocean view. The unit has central air conditioning, heat and
ceramic tile floors throughout the entire condo. Kitchen is fully
equipt with a full size refrigerator (NEW for 2010), full size stove/oven, sink,
microwave etc. Living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa and a
swivel rocker and newer window treatments. Bedroom has two
full-size beds. TV/VCR/DVD in living room and additional TV in
bedroom.
Free wireless internet.
Tennants have access to coin-op washer and dryer on site. Picnic
tables and two gas grills.
