vacation rental description
This third floor condo has fabulous views of the Walden Marina, Cove, and Lake Conroe. Sit on the large balcony and enjoy watching the boats enter and leave the Walden Marina. If you own a boat you can dock it right outside your unit for up to 48 hours!
This condo has a bedroom with a king size bed and a wall mounted TV, and a loft bedroom with 4 twin beds. There is a full bath on the first floor and a half bath in the loft bedroom. There is an upscale galley kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances including a side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispensers, electric range with convection oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are three barstools at the extended marble tile countertop. There is a bar area with a separate beverage cooler with LED lighting. For snowbird renters we can replace the barstools with a small dinette table if desired.
The living room has a leather sofa with dual recliners and pull down table in the center posistion. There also is a 37" LCD TV and a DVD Player. There is a marble tiled fireplace with simulated fire. The balcony has awesome views of the Marina and open water views of the lake. There are two bistro tables with chairs on the balcony. There is a phone for local calls (use your calling card for long distance) and wireless internet is available (access code will be provided upon request).
Fully equipped with everything you will need in the kitchen, and with bed linens and towels. All you need to bring is your food and personal items.
Absolutely No Smoking or Pets. Families only. No college groups, proms, homecomings, etc... Minimum age to rent is 25. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
All payments can be made through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Personal checks or post office money orders are acceptable if payment is received 10 days prior to arrival.

The condo complex (The Lodge) has a pool onsite. You will also have access to Walden's pool (closed from Labor day to Memorial Day) , which is a two minute walk and is right on the lake.
There are boat docks right in front of the unit which can be used for 48 hour tie-ups. You will have access to a gate-contolled launch ramp where you can also store your trailer. Boat trailers cannot be stored in the condo parking lot. The boat ramp is only about 1 mile from the condo.
There is a paved hike and bike trail directly in front of the complex.
There are elevators at the complex and a coin operated laundry onsite also.
The Yacht Club restaurant is open to the public and is also just a two minute walk across the parking lot. There is a beautiful lakefront playground for the kids adjacent to the Yacht Club.

There is a tennis center that you can use with the Walden Card that you will have access to during your visit. Walden also has a golf course (fees apply). There are paved hike and bike trails. Just for Fun boat rentals is within sight of the condo and you can rent jet skis, ski boats and pontoon boats there. You will have access to the complex swimming pool plus the Walden pool complex (closed between Labor Day and Memorial Day) which is a two minute walk. Dine at the Yacth Club restaraunt, also just a short walk. There is also a brand new fitness center with state of the art machines that you will have access to with the card in the condo. The fitness club is just about one mile away adjacent to the tennis center.

There will be a $50 cleaning fee for all rentals.
Security Deposit of $250 or half the rental rate, whichever is greater is required. Security depostit will be returned if unit is not damaged or missing any items. Security deposit will be forfeited if there is evidence of smoking or pets.
