The large light living area includes television, (cable) and stereo and may be extended to the lanai
when the large glass doors are slid open.

The bright kitchen is well equipped with Whirlpool refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, and microwave.
Other appliances include electric kettle and coffee maker. New Whirlpool washer and dryer are
located in the laundry room.

Both the breakfast area and the dining room will comfortably seat 6. There is further room for
relaxation and entertaining on the wrap around lanai.

The gated community has a club house that boasts an exercise room, large screen tv and generous
seating for area for members to unwind inside, supported by large pool area with grills and plenty
of room for relaxing in the sun outside close to the community tennis courts and a short stroll from
the second pool.
