provide 2 adult bikes for land adventure, plus a heated shower outside to rinse off after the beach. (Or kids love to shampoo in fun outside) How about a hammock in the backyard for your zzzz... adventures. Located 1 mile from famous Coligny Circle
shopping and dining, you can ride your bike or walk the beach to
breakfast at "Skillets" or "Plantation Cafe".
This 2200 sq ft home has a wonderful Carolina Room that overlooks
the wooded backyard which has a large patio, waterfall, fireplace,
grill with table seating for 10. There is a formal dining room &
kitchen equipped for holiday cooking and a huge living room with 3
sofas which make this home great for entertaining. A home theatre
system,wide screen TV and a playstation 2, computer desk and game
table also. All rooms have a TV and or DVD,VCR. High speed Wireless
wifi (secured)through out (even outside) and free long distance
calling & fax. Plus as an added home feel we have the local newspaper
delivered to your drive every morning to enjoy with your coffee
before you start your day.
The king and queen rooms have memory foam beds.

feel. From this room you can see wildlife in the back yard which can be lit at night, watch a football game or have coffee with your delivered paper every morning. There is a large laundry room and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances through out. "Coligny" is just down the road with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping starting there to the Bluffton outlets, peppered inbetween a multitude of golf courses. Historic Savannah & Beaufort are just a 45 min drive for exploring and shopping also. All these round this house out to a must have for your vacation. We have those little details covered.

Vacation for less in 2013! Our prices are less! Compare others with their fees & taxes included. This home rents year round and books well with our reasonable rates.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (or inquire off season) and include
your taxes and departure cleaning except for nightly rates & a newspaper every morning.(Min 4 nts not crossing a Saturday). Payments are 60 & 30 days out from arrival.

Family refundable/booking deposit....$300
Pet deposit(refundable if good guest)....$100
Crib setup with extra linens weekly......$75 (upon request/not a rental crib)
Christmas & Thanksgiving by week only....$1300
