This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home with approximately 1500 sqft located on a quiet street in Northwest Palm Bay. There are empty lots all around the house. Both bathrooms and kitchen have been recently remodeled and there is fresh paint and new carpet throughout.

Bedrooms:
There is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and TV. It has a private bath with a dual basin
sink and separate toilet / shower area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the opposite side of the
house. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make one king-size bed. Bedroom 3
has a full-size bed with a desk and TV. Main bathroom is located near bedrooms 2 and 3. It has tile
throughout and also has a 20" deep whirlpool/jucuzzi bath with shower.

Living / dining room:
Living room has bamboo hardwood flooring and leather seating. A big screen projection TV with DVD
player are also included. Dining room has table with seating for 4 and a bar area with seating for 2.

Kitchen:
Kitchen has a table with seating for 2. Kitchen has upgraded stainless steel/black appliances which
include a glass top range, overhead microwave, side by side fridge, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Garage:
The 2 car garage holds the washer and dryer and includes an automatic garage door opener. It is not
an air conditioned space, but it has great lighting, ceiling fans, and a painted floor. It is a
clean, dry, and secure space to store all of your items (or cars) while you stay.

Porch / yard:
There is a large screened in back porch that has a patio table and chairs and a gas grill. There are
empty lots all around the property for great privacy. Weekly yard service is included (longer during
winter months) so you get all of the benefits of having a nice private yard without the hassle of
maintenance.

$1700 / Month with a commitment of 3-6 months

November through April - Minimum rental one month
May through October - Minimum rental 2 weeks


Cleaning fees:
$50 one time cleaning fee upon departure
Additional $100 carpet cleaning fee upon departure for guests with pets

Cancellation Policy:
10% required to reserve property
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival.
$200 cancellation fee between 30 & 90 days prior to arrival.
Full refund if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival.


Smoking Policy:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only in the back porch area. Smoking inside house
will require extensive cleaning for the next guests and you will be charged an additional $250 fee.
