Completely unfirnished but renovated historic home by the well known architect Henry Ponce, located in the historic centre of Santiago, 19 foot ceilings, nice garden with a good sized pool. Large livingroom and a dining room which is part of a covered terrace, kitchen, three air conditioned bedrooms and two baths. All rooms have ceiling fans. Three blocks from Santiago Park. Quiet street with international and Mexican neighbourhood. No parking problems.
