Enjoy luxury and incredible comfort plus the convenience of "two for
one" that is yours when you rent the Taylor Estate. You get superb
bedding, soft leather furniture, polished wood floors, marble, tile
and stone, high ceilings, and a spaciousness that allows groups as
small as 2 to as large as 16 to meet and truly spend time
reacquainting with one another under the shade of our foliage-filled
courtyards and roomy living areas all stylishly furnished and
decoratedf with anOld World Ambience. Built in 1870, you will find
yourselves on a quiet residential street close to famous Forsyth
Park, across from the Mother Matilida Park (with its doggie run and
fenced exercies area, baseball diamonds, and football
fields/playground/jogging track) and within blocks of all the
restaurants, cafes, museums, squares, shops, and the river. Spanish
Moss-laden oaks and cobblestone streets surround you. Have a tour bus
pick you up at the door or a horse-drawn carriage. Walk to it all or
hop in your car for the short 20 minute drive to Tybee Beach. Grill
in our shady courtyards while you enjoy the comfort of our umbrella
table and chairs in the cool night breeze. Check out the testimonials
on our personal website. The Carriage House is a full home in itself and will entrance and delight with it's exterior reminiscent of Snow White and interior that is the epitome of stylish comfort. Tastefully decorated in a renaissance style the Carriage House/Cottage caters to smaller groups, romantic getaways,
older guests, and Seniors/handicapped with its first floor bedroom, shallow,
wide stairwell to the second floor bedroom suite, and elegant but
discrete grab bars and walk in shower. A small ramp in the rear is
available for ease of access when desired. Private parking is
available and onstreet parking is plentiful and non-metered.
Occupying "catycorner-adjacent lots", the Carriage House has a
private entrance off East Jones Lane while the Taylor Manor fronts
East Taylor Street. A large concrete driveway behind the courtyard of
the Taylor Manor lies adjacent to the courtyard of the Carriage House.
Meandering between the two is accomplished with ease but still allows
each its individuality and privacy. So the properties may be combined
or rented separately. The 2BR/2BA Carriage House is perfect for 1 - 4
but even up to 6 can still sleep in luxury should you choose to use
the daybed/trundle on the second floor. The 4BR/2.5BA Taylor Manor
has 3 Queen-sized Bedrooms, each uniquely themed, on the second floor
and an attic bedroom with built in dormir window seats, slanted
ceilings, and a decor which reminds one of a Louisa May Alcott Book on the
3rd floor with a Full and 2 Twins.

Manor-only (sleeps 10, 4BR/2.5BA) and Carriage House-only (sleeps up to
6, 2BR/2BA) Rentals are available upon request- call/email for rates. 

Pet fee's (if applicable), room occupancy tax, and a one-time-cleaning fee also apply.  A separate, refundable Security/Damage Deposit is required. 

Parking is free: driveway for 4 vehicles comes with the Estate, driveway for 2 vehicles with the Manor-only and with Carriage House/Cottage-only rentals.  Non-metered onstreet parking is also available.
