Come enjoy our first floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo that has a water
view from every room! A split floor plan ensures privacy with each
bedroom having it's own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size
bed with a view of the Gulf. And the guest bedroom contains 2 twin
beds with a view of the lagoon and boat docks. New leather living room furniture contains a Queen size sofa sleeper. Our fully equipped modern kitchen provides all the "conveniences" of home. Tile floors in living areas & carpeted
bedrooms.
We are located on Turtle Beach, this is at the southern end of
Siesta Key, a much less congested area. It is mostly known and
used by the locals. The area is quaint and fairly private.

July 30, -  December 16, 2011 $1,020.00 per week  + tax & cleaning fee

Dec.17, - Jan. 27, 2012   $1,470.00 per week + tax & cleaning fee

Jan. 28 - April 28, 2012   $1,645.00 per week plus tax and cleaning fee

Rates based upon four people for seven nights.

Two additional people may stay for slightly more.

Minimum one week rental year round.

12% Florida Tax must be added to rates, Plus an $85.00 cleaning fee.

Sales tax increase to 13% fall of 2011.

$500.00 Reservation deposit required, balance due six weeks prior to
occupancy.

10% DISCOUNT FOR 4 weeks or more, excluding the month of March

Credit Cards Accepted Via Pay Pal with a 3.5% processing fee
