Interior:

The cottage features two very spacious bedrooms; one bedrooms has 2 brand new queen beds and a private full bathroom, and the other bedroom has 2 brand new full beds in it. There is plenty of room to move in each bedroom, and both bedrooms have their own private french doors to the deck.

There's a second full bathroom; which also includes linens. A nice and open kitchen that is fully equipt is both functional and fun for entertaining. Enjoy the brand new dining room, that is tastefully decorated, along with the views of the water with your meals. Wait until you see your first sunset from the cottage! WOW! More views accompany the open livingroom with a gorgeous corner stone fireplace and large windows.

There's also a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the freedom of one floor living in this ranch style cottage.

Exterior:

The 160 feet of private sandy beach is the greatest feature of the property. It's long and deep with a fabulous working area for sand castles with the kids. There is a firepit on the beach to use at night for roasting smore's and for gazing at the stars. The deck has a gas grill and plenty of seating for entertaining, and the yard is flat and grassy with plenty of room for outdoor games such as croquet, volleyball, bad mitten, or frisby. The cottage is located on a private, quiet residential road with very low traffic, and there's plenty of parking available.

Just breathe and take it all in...you're on vacation!

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested by YOU.

The area hosts many activities; including Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Micheal Moore's Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino's, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at Interlochen and the Opera House; you're certain to stay busy.  Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround Traverse City. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you'll want to tell your friends and family about (as you're looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).
