This newly renovated ranch-style home sits on five acres of apple orchards.  You know what they say "an apple a day.....", perhaps that's why this home is such a popular place!  Enjoy the cabana on the deck that includes a small bar, grill, table and chairs along with covered privacy (and sides in the event of bugs wanting to join you!), additional table and chairs are also on the large deck. 

During the day, spend your time in Torch Lake with lake access to beautiful East side of Torch Lake.  An overhead cabana awaits you there as well for outside dining, as well as shade during those HOT days. 

So, grab your rafts, tubes, kayaks, canoes or power boats (or rent them through us) and coolers....

Interior:

This spectacular home features three bedrooms and two baths.  The master bedroom houses a four poster queen size bed, has a private master bath and your own "escape" outdoors into the cabana out your own french doors.  A gorgeous room, indeed!  The second bedroom has a set of bunkbeds, and room to play.  The third bedroom has a king size bed in it, as well as some room to move.  Another bathroom is located by the bedroom which include your linens for your convenience, as well as a full size washer and dryer.  The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and comes with everything right down to a dishwasher.  

Exterior:

Ranch style living and no staircase to worry about.  Nestled on 5 acres... surrounded by an orchard ....wow!  Lot's of parking and room for entertaining.  Lake access to Torch Lake (ranked #3 by National Geographic as being the #3 best Lake in the United States!)

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily
(or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested by YOU.

The area hosts many activities; including Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Micheal Moore's Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino's, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at Interlochen and the Opera House; you're certain to stay busy.  Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave),
jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses
surround the area. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you'll want to tell your friends and family about (as you're looking out at the
reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).

so you may capture everything this area has to offer.

             Weekends $450.00 2 nights, $600.00 3 nights
June 18 - August 21 $1500.00/week, Saturday to Saturday only please
August 21 - September 25 $1050.00/week
             Weekends $525.00 2 nights, $675.00 3 nights

Off Season Rates:

Weekly $750.00, $300.00/2 nts, $450.00/3 nts, $695.00/month (Monthly rates apply to longer term leases, and do not include utilities.  Please call for more details!)

Pontoon, jetski's, fishing boats, power boats, dingys, and water
