Vacation Rental Policies:
Tenant supplies own linens* and beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Refundable Security Deposit of $400 - $600 in addition to Rent. 
Tenant is expected to clean their unit before checking out.

In case of cancellation, full refund of deposit if another tenant is found.
1/3 ot total charges due at lease signing, balance due two weeks prior to occupancy.

PayPal accepted (fee charged: 5% of each transaction amount).
Linens can be supplied for additional charge of $50 (2nd floor) - $75 (1st floor) per stay.

Check-in after 3pm, check-out before 11am.

In the interest of full disclosure, we do not have cental air.   We have plenty of fans and the sea breezes in Brigantine are almost always sufficient for most people.  There are, however, one or two short hot spells of a couple of days every summer, which of course vary year to year.  This summer we will provide a small window unit on the second floor.

Rates from $600 - $675 per week for 2-bedroom apartment.
Rates from $1000 - $1100 per week for 3-bedroom apartment.
We offer a rate reduction for multiple week/monthly/seasonal/part season rentals, or if you are renting both units together.
