Tastefully decorated home in reds, blues and denim that just make you
feel at home. While placed in an upnorth wooded setting, enjoy
downtown Glen Arbor a block away and the ever so popular Lake
Michigan 2 blocks away. Stroll past quaint shops and enjoy local ice
cream from the Nation's number one ice cream...Moomers! Tennis
courts and a nice park are located behind the property, and 2 bikes
are available to explore more that this area has to offer.

Seeing is believing.

Interior:

Open the door to see vaulted cedar planked ceilings, a gorgeous
corner natural fireplace, and tall sparkling picture windows that
provide the natural light and beauty of the day. The kitchen and
dining room are both open with a breakfast bar and three stools,
spacious with plenty of room, and cupboard space for your family.
Unwind with a cocktail before dinner on the denim and wicker on the
screened in porch, ahhhh. Two bedrooms occupy the main level, one
with a queen bed and the other with a full size bed, as well as room
to move. There's a full bathroom on the main floor; which
includes towels and linens, and a laundry room with a full size
washer and dryer.

Upstairs you'll find an open loft that houses another queen bed in
addition to a sofa sleeper, WOW!! Another full bathroom,
conveniently located. Upstairs is very warm and cozy, not to mention
spacious! Great views overlooking the lower level of the home, as
well as the exterior surroundings.

Exterior:

The curb appeal is superb! Which will you notice first...the wooded
setting and the birds chirping, the quiant firepit off to the right
surrounded by adirondack chairs, or the large porch with chairs
waiting for you? This newer home has a two car garage and nice
parking, and is splended....right down to the curb.

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily
(or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service,
transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht
rentals, and/or any additional services requested by the guest.

The area hosts many activities; including Cherry Festival and other
local festivals, Micheal Moore's Film Festival, arts and craft shows,
concerts in the park, casino's, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a
must), performances at Interlochen and the Opera House; you're
certain to stay busy.  Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our
local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon
the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses
surround Grand Traverse and Leelanau Counties. Fishing? Look no
further. Shopping? How about amazing local shops to find that
special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing
local chefs that prepare meals that you'll want to tell your friends
and family about (as you're looking out at the reflection of the
water, or dining by sunset).

Weekly calendars of events/activities will also be provided for you,
so you may capture everything this area has to offer.
