Upscale 2700 square foot retreat very private in Brainerd

This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2700 square foot cabin for rent by the
night (2 night minimum) or by the week. Cabin has a fully furnished
kitchen with most everything you should need, including refrigerator,
gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances include a
toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, 4 slot toaster, 4 quart Nesco
roaster oven, waffle iron, KitchenAid hand held mixer, KitchenAid
chopper, 6 capacity egg poacher, crockpot, pancake griddle, indoor
electric grill, rice cooker, Cooks Essentials pots and pans. Wallace
18/10 stainless flatware and Wusthof Trident cutlery. Plates, bowls,
cups, saucers, pitchers, strainers, bake ware etc. also included.
There is a 12x24 deck on the upper level with a chargoal grill. There
is a patio with fire pit that over-looks the lake. Bed linens and
kitchen towels are supplied. Bathroom towels, Toiletries and soaps are
not supplied. It has 3 queen beds, one twin and one double. There is
also a trundle bed in the living room that has 2 twin beds. There is
also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a pool
table and poker table. The wet bar has a sink, refrigerator,
microwave, blender, TV and DVD player. There is a 45 inch LCD
with surround sound in the family room. There is a 37
inch LCD in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms have
televisions. *****Just added September 2008 Direct TV with over 200
channels including XM radio stations on all 5 TVS in the cabin.*****
There is a fire pit that over looks the lake. The lake is a small
environmental lake with a muddy/weedy shoreline. This is a great lake
for canoeing or kayaking. There is access to get onto the lake at the
end of the driveway.The Cabin is secluded with no neighbors close by.
Cabin is on 2.5 acres with 700 feet of shoreline. There are over 100
movies for your viewing pleasure. Missing movies will be charged $40
per movie for both VHS and DVD format. Rent is $1350 per week or $300
per night (2 night minimum) with an $800 damage deposit. This is for
up to 8 people. Extra charge for additional people. Check-in is 3PM
and check-out is 10AM. If you're looking for a private place to have
some relaxation time.....this is it! This is an upscale cabin with gas
forced air and central air conditioning. There is a gas fireplace on
the lower level. Feel free to email me for more information or dates
available to rent. This cabin rents from May-October and has access to
hundreds of miles of trails in the Breezy Point and Brainerd area for
ATVs, biking or walking. We do accept dogs on a case by case basis.

of the bedrooms have televisions one is a 20 inch the other 13 inch.
There are 4 DVD players & 4 VCR players & 3 stereos. There is one 19
inch TV in the bar area. *****Just added September 2008 Direct TV with

cabin.***** There is a Brunswick 8' pool table and a poker table.

Deacons Lodge Golf Course is 1 mile away on the other side of the lake
the cabin is on. The golf course is 18 holes and was designed by
Arnold Palmer. Pelican lake public access is 2.3 miles away. Brainerd
and Baxter are both about 20 miles away and have many restaurants,
shopping etc. Nisswa has lots of shopping/places to eat and is about
12 miles away. Crosslake and Pequot Lakes are both about 6 miles away.
ATV trails start at the end of the driveway and go for hundreds of miles.

Per night rate $300 **This rate for up to 8 people** Each additional
person is $35 per night

Weekly rate $1350 **This rate for up to 8 people** Each additional
person is $150 per week

Monthly rate $4600 **This rate for up to 8 people** Each additional
person is $350 per month

We do accept dogs on a case by case basis.

$800 Deposit for any stay less than 1 month or 8 people or less

$1200 Deposit for monthly rate or more then 8 people

Once you have decided on dates that are available I will send out a
rental agreement. If you agree with the terms set forth in the
contract, please sign it and return it with 2 checks. One check for
the deposit amount and one check for the entire balance of the rental
amount. The rent check will be cashed upon receipt. The deposit check
will be held pending inspection of property once you have vacated the
premises. Monies will be subtracted for any damage or missing items or
additional cleanup beyond normal. If none of this occurs, your deposit
check will be mailed back to you within 3 weeks.
