Pismo Beach downtown, this established complex also has an beautiful pool and jacuzzi.
A private gate leads to the sand near the volley-ball sets and the beach swings. It's an
enjoyable stroll north to the caves or a good open walk to the dunes just south.

Bright and updated kitchen with in-door refrigerator ice-maker/water. Microwave. Deluxe
fresh-grind and standard coffee-makers. Dishwasher. Fully furnished kitchen.
Washer-dryer. Towel drying rack.
Queen bed in master, two extra-long twin beds in second bedroom that can convert to California King bed, plush sleeper-sofa in
living room.
Large pool and jacuzzi, nicely landscaped grounds, picnic tables. Beach toys. Ocean and
pier views.
Covered carport parking in this gated community.

Go boogie-boarding or surfing, even take a lesson.
Delight in the famous Monarch Butterfly Grove.

$1800 per week.... Memorial Day through Labor Day and all holidays
$1450 per week.... off-season
$650 per 3 day weekend.. off-season (3 night minimum)
$2500 per month... off-season
$300 deposit will be required with booking. $500 for stays of 30 days or more.
Rates do not include 10% Pismo Beach bed tax or $100 cleaning fee.
