Nov. 1 to December 31.....................$2,800.00 USD/month
Long term leasing available. Prices may be negotiable.
The additional fees are 11% taxes and a one time $100 exit cleaning fee. $500 security deposit is required. There is an additional deposit for pets. Security deposit is refundable within 30 days of checkout. Prices subject to change without notice.
