* Most guests have left beautiful and unique "thank you" letters, bottles of wine, flower arrangements, etc. The home has ceiling lights/fans in every room, 2 large air conditioning units, 2 hot water heaters, washer, dryer, dishwasher, new large stainless steel appliances, new granite kitchen with porcelain tile floors, there is plenty of room for parties of 8 (10 @ an additional fee of $25 pp - no negotiation). There are 5 televisions, all with cable service, dvds, vcrs, fireplace, 2 master suites, 2 dressing rooms, outside shower, private pool, 3 patio sets, lania, music throughout house, two outside lights with ceiling fans on lanai, and stainless steel gas barbecue. In renting in Juno - please do not confuse the Town of Juno Beach with Juno Isles, which is completely different. Juno Isles is the older part of Juno, on the West side of US 1;  you must drive to the public beach area. There is no private beach area. In viewing the home rentals in the rental listing you will find small little cottages, condos or rental houses in Juno Isles.

If you have a family outing of more than 8 - we will consider a larger group under special situations. All heads of families MUST fill out a credit application and accept responsibility for their own family; every family must give us a credit card number to hold for damages; and a utility fee is paid up front of $100 per week plus an additional $25 per each adult.

Pet deposit $500.  Pet charge is $25 per day; Maximum charge for pet is $250 fee per month.  Utility deposit is $100 per week;  SMALL FEMALE DOGS with references.                 

Renters pay electricity, water, cable & Internet. A deposit of $100 is requested to cover these expenses. Basic Cable & Internet is $35; Electricity & Water is according to your use. Average use is $65 per week or less dependent on you. Any use over $100 per week will be taken out of your security deposit therefore we suggest watching your utility usage. If you take advantage - you pay.

Pay Pal is available for paying any charge with credit cards! When using Pay Pal, please add an additional 3.5% for credit card processing fee.

Utility deposit is $100 wk; Exit fee is $150 wk ; 11.5% state bed tax for rentals of 6 months or less.

Over 6 months is 6.5% sales tax. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO NEGOTIATE LESSER FEES ON THIS PROPERTY SINCE THIS OWNER IS NOT EVEN COVERING THEIR COST. Their overhead is higher than what their rental charges are.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE OVERNIGHTED or use Pay Pal IN ORDER TO RESERVE THE DATES OF YOUR CHOICE. The only guarantee you have of the dates you request is the receipt of your cleared deposit payment. The first deposit that is received is the person who has the reservation. No dates are held on promises of checks in the mail; they MUST BE RECEIVED by the owner. Many times people have lost their week because they did not believe how quickly this house is rented and they mail their deposit in check form. It not only must be received but it also must clear the bank to hold your reservation. A  RENTAL CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU IMMEDIATLY ADVISING YOU THAT YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, A LISTING OF ALL CHARGES AND DATES THAT THEY ARE DUE. YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH INFORMATION RE THE HOME AND WHERE TO MAIL SIGNED PAPERWORK & ANY ADDRESS'S & PHONE NUMBERS YOU WILL NEED.  Any reservations that are made within 60 days of the date of occupancy must pay all fees up front. This includes the security deposit, the monthly or weekly rental mount, Utility deposit, the 11.5% state bed tax + the exit fee of $150. If you have a pet, the pet fee is also due within 60 days of occupancy. We allow your rental payment to be broken up into 2-3 monthly payments but all payments must be paid, no later than 60 days in advance of occupancy.  If you have a concern about your reservation, we suggest taking out vacation insurance. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to Insure My Trip on the internet for details and to make your purchase. All deposits are guaranteed. If you cancel after the cancelation date, the security deposit is non-refundable.

Any deposits and rental payments from outside the US MUST be in the form of Cashiers Checks and overnighted to the address given. No regular checks will be accepted. $500 deposit will be accepted via Pay Pal with a credit card.
