entertained. An original "Casita", this home has kept its classic charm blended with modern reform
over the years to bring you a very special property.

Sprawled on two lots with georgeous mountain views, one half consists primarily of large grassy areas
and the pool and spa, the other half welcomes the home and outdoor covered patio area. There is a
BBQ for grilling and outdoor dining all which lies hidden behind a stucco wall with solid automatic
iron gates for privacy and your dogs!

This home is all-inclusive. You will find all the amenities you are looking for in a vacation rental.
There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a convertible couch in the living room. The
entertainment room has more choices than your local hangout...a game of pool, ping pong, Ms. Pacman,
Touchmaster or darts at one end of the room, a treadmill, nautilus machine and speed bag in the
middle for the gym goer, and a large HDTV with Tivo on the opposite end for the sports fanatic.

Just a few blocks away, you will find the famous Old Town La Quinta. In and around it, multiple
parks, walking and hiking trails, hot spot restaurants, grocers, museums and art galleries galore, a
gas station, liquor & wine stores, post office, police station, cafes, salons, a public library,
lighted tennis courts, a skate park, baseball park... all within walking distance! Silverock Golf
Course is also a short distance away, La Quinta's newest Arnold Palmer course. Speaking of Arnold
Palmer, his restaurant is just up the street as well as Clint Eastwood's famous Hog's Breath Inn.

in our abode!

This home is complete with all the ammenities you would have if you lived in the home
full time (minus your personal belongings). There are linens, pool towels, a laundry room with
supplies, spices and coffee in the kitchen etc. We strive to make your vacation a pleasant one. If

On the property itself you will find a pool and spa equipped with a diving board. There is a huge
yard with grass and a large BBQ. In the game room you will find a beautiful pool table, optional
ping pong table, darts, Ms. Pacman with multiple games, Touchmaster with even more games! There are
board games like Monopoly and Cranium and cards for the poker advocate. There is a commercial grade
treadmill, nautilus equipment and a punching bag. Outside the property you are only a few blocks
from Old Town La Quinta and a multitude of things to do. You will truly be staying in one of the
